Tune into Radio Heart on Sunday September 12th from 4-6pm for bootleg recordings from last week’s On Land Festival in San Francisco. Organized by the drone/experimental record label Root Strata, the festival took place over the course of four days and included live performances by many artists, such as Barn Owl, Starving Weirdos, Pulse Emitter, Bill Orcutt, Ilyas Ahmed, Common Eider King Eider, Higuma, The Alps, Oneohtrix Point Never, White Rainbow, Pete Swanson, and Golden Retriever. Some of the performances were accompanied by film and video screenings by Paul Clipson, Nate Boyce, John Davis, and Sabrina Ratté. For this special show, I will broadcast recordings of performances by Golden Retriever, White Rainbow, Oneohtrix Point Never, Ilyas Ahmed, Bill Orcutt, Charalambides, and Grouper.
